Who I help:

I work with individuals and couples navigating the emotional terrain of parenthood, relationship strain, anxiety, and trauma. My background as a labor and postpartum doula shapes how I show up. I've sat with people in some of their most vulnerable moments, and I bring that same presence to the therapy room.

How I help:

I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based foundation, which means we look at what's happening now alongside where it comes from. Sessions feel collaborative and grounded; I'll bring both warmth and structure, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you."

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients describe me as passionate, caring, and detail-oriented. I pay close attention to what's said, what isn't, and what might be just beneath the surface. That attentiveness is something clients often notice and come to rely on.

My Background:

My path in maternal mental health began in 2020, when I became a labor and postpartum doula supporting new mothers and babies during the pandemic. That experience led me to graduate training at Pepperdine University, where I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology. I volunteered with Postpartum Support International (PSI), facilitating support groups for women experiencing perinatal mental health concerns, and went on to work clinically with children and families navigating the impacts of trauma.
