Who I help:

I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of meaning and identity. My clients are often carrying more than they've named out loud: anxiety, depression, grief, a difficult pregnancy or postpartum experience, or a quiet sense that something in their relationships or sense of self has shifted. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to help you make sense of it, develop greater self-compassion, and build a life that feels more connected.

how i help:

My approach is trauma-informed and draws on psychodynamic and existential frameworks. We look at where things come from, not just how to manage them in the moment. Together we'll explore how early relationships and experiences have shaped your current patterns, and work toward greater awareness and choice in how you relate to yourself and others. I also draw on ACT, DBT, and CBT, so sessions feel grounded and useful. I see you as the expert on your own life.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients describe me as authentic, warm, thoughtful, and direct, with a sense of humor that makes difficult conversations feel more human. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship where real exploration can happen. Over time, clients tell me they feel more self-aware, more compassionate toward themselves, and clearer on who they are and what they want.

My background:

My path into mental health began in 2018, following a challenging postpartum period that led me to volunteer with Postpartum Support International (PSI). That work changed me, and it sent me back to school. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and continued volunteering with PSI as a group leader and specialized support coordinator. In 2025, I began my clinical training at an inpatient residential addiction treatment center in Los Angeles, where I worked with individuals and families navigating early recovery alongside trauma, grief, co-occurring mental health challenges, and major life transitions. Across these experiences, a thread has connected everything: helping people move through hard times with more clarity, self-compassion, and connection than they arrived with.
