Who I help:

I work with individuals and couples navigating the emotional complexity of fertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and early parenthood. My clients are often self-aware, high-functioning people who are surprised by how hard this season is, and by how much of their past has followed them into it. They want more than coping strategies. They want to understand themselves more deeply and show up differently in the relationships that matter most. This is where Mother Nurture Therapy Group began, and it remains at the heart of everything we do.

How I help:

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapy. That means we don't just work on what's happening right now — we look at where it comes from. Together, we'll explore the early experiences and relationships that shaped how you see yourself and others, identify the patterns that keep showing up, and find new ways of relating to yourself and the people you love.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often describe me as empathetic and insightful, warm, direct, and human. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the essential component in meaningful change. I'll show up with steadiness, humor, and a willingness to gently challenge you when you're ready. I don't take lightly the trust it requires to do this work.

My background:

I began my career at a nonprofit community health center supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. I later trained at a nonprofit parenting center, where I worked with new and seasoned parents, facilitated groups, and supported individuals and couples through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I opened my private practice in 2021, focusing on supporting women and couples through every stage of becoming and being a family. I've worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and non-traditional relationship structures, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
